The trapping will begin on Friday. Meanwhile one was found in the Orlando area, slithering around a residential neighborhood. Although only 10 hunters will be able to receive permits to hunt them south of Lake Okeechobee. The hunt will last 3 months, and then officials will go over the results of the hunts and decide whether or not to allow more trappers to hunt, or even whether to extend the hunt. I really hope the hunt is successful. These creatures pose quite a threat to Florida’s ecosystem. This all comes on the heals of 2 year old Shauinna Hare’s death caused by one of these snakes, that was a family pet. She was killed by the snake 2 weeks ago.

dont kill the snakes at least put them in zoos around america or in shelters and snake organizations
Hey Taco! Welcome!!! I guess that would depend on how many they are dealing with. Some have been killed, but some have not. I think they are killing if they have to, from what I see. I think they will try and place them in places like that if they can.
you think so?
Yes I do.
