Tracy Ocasio’s Mom appeared at a hearing for James Hattaway, a person of interest in her daughter’s disappearance. Of course this was his day to plea and he plead not guilty. He is not charged in connection in any way to Tracy’s disappearance, but he is charged with an assault on another young woman, as well as drug charges. Here is what Tracy’s Mom had to say:
