Yesterday Was One Year Since Caylee Was Reported Missing & Michelle Bart Did “Damage Control”

Yesterday was the one year marker since the famous 911 call that Cindy Anthony placed reporting Caylee missing. Of course Caylee’s mother, Casey Anthony is in jail charged with her murder. Her trial has of course been put off recently, as her death penalty qualified attorney, Andrea Lyon had a conflict in her teaching schedule, and so the October trial wouldn’t work for her. They will meet back to discuss a trial date in January 2010. Caylee’s remains were found December 11th right around the corner from the Anthonys’ home, where Caylee and Casey lived. Most of the evidence that the public has been made privy to links back to one person, Casey. Yet a person who says that Caylee stole her heart and prompted her to start the National Vigil For Hope, Michelle Bart, did a radio program on the one year anniversary of Caylee being reported missing. Michelle Bart also has another business called Helping Heroes, which is a “for profit” business that supposedly aids the “non profit” businesses with public relations, event coordinating, and the like. In my opinion the show was a bust. Of course it was only intended to be “Damage Control” anyway. Just another PR stunt to try and sway the court of public opinion. By people who had no clue what they were talking about.

I’m not surprised that it was a bust. Michelle Bart is the same person that had the Anthonys set up with ABC/Disney at “The Ritz”. Not only was she once the spokesperson for the Anthonys, but for Kid Finders as well. Oh what a tangled web we weave…………… Wonder what they are trying to counter now??? Voices For Justice? How can it be for justice, when you have no idea what you are talking about and you are disputing evidence with someone you are claiming is an expert, and they seem to have no clue either. Is it justice for Casey to be allowed to get away with this? Is that justice??? Was her behavior just? Was Caylee’s fate just? Maybe she thought she was being fair, but something is not right with that one.

Why wouldn’t one of the forensic experts from the defense team come onto the show to aid in her spin? Why this “nobody” with expert knowledge of nothing forensic?

Also, she closed down the comments section on her blog about the show. She also put her fingers in her ears and started shouting, “LALALALALALA, ME NO HEAR YOU!!!!”

Maybe she’ll be joining Bozo in the basement soon?

LOL Ostella! I think she will be joining Bozo in the basement. I do find it interesting that the “defense experts” had nothing to do with it, not even LKB and hubby. Hmmmmm……………….

The very first sentence she spoke on the radio show was wrong. She said Caylee was missing from HER HOME. Jeeze……..You would think she would have done her homework before taking to the airways.
I wanted to comment on her blog about the joke of a show she put on, but……..as you stated……closed comments.

I hope this farce she has put on will end her career.

Diana I agree completely and I hope so too. One would think that she would open dialogue, but apparently she doesn’t want to explain herself. She didn’t seem to want to do that on her call in radio show either.

I thought the whole interview was a hoot. Bless those callers!! They put Michelle and her phony “forensics expert” in their proper places quicker than they could say “show me the money!” I wish I’d been aware of this show before it aired. I would have loved loved loved to ask them a few questions!

Hey Mystery! Yes, LOL!!! A true testimonial to they don’t know what they are talking about, but the callers were well informed. I’m fixing to come over to your place and give a link to a place where one might could contact Ms. Bart. I would have loved to ask some too, but was busy with the family when it aired. I do think the callers did a wonderful job!!! I think from what I’ve read that that was just the first of a serious of shows. We’ll have to watch it.

Baez filing(s) worthless, in respects to Tim M., Baez tried this last year, and Tim Miller met with Mark Nejame during this time, denied.

Most of what Baez is seeking, confidential. This Guy makes me cringe.

It appears to be just a game, like he’s trying to shift the public’s focus, or something like that. He’s a poor excuse for an attorney, no doubt. I don’t think he will go anywhere with any of this, except he may be able to silence Padilla from revealing their conversations, but that doesn’t make sense now either, as LP has already been interviewed. I wonder if this is some sort of smokescreen?

We already covered this with Tim Miller before, Baez didn’t like the outcome & is going to try it again! I don’t think he’s going to get a different answer on this.
He’s not going to get anywhere going after Leonard & Company either. I doubt very much that Leonard was “working” for him.. Leonard does what Leonard wants & he certainly knows all the rules on confidentiality & priviledge. Baez never went after him all of these months after Leonard said things on national tv. If it was so “priviledged”, Baez would have squawked sooner.
I can’t wait to hear Tracy’s statements! I remember Leonard saying way back that after Casey went back to jail, Tracy didn’t know what to do with all of the info she had from being with Casey. She got a lawyer right away to protect herself & advise her….this should be good!!

Molly, I do agree with you. Amazing he’s going back after it. I do agree that is must be good. I just wonder when it will come out. I’m sure that the Judge will have to rule on it first. Baez never ceases to amaze me.

☻BOMBSHELL….Michelle Barf ruins Shepherds Pie☻

Foolishly I sat at the computer with a particularly nice serving of my daughters home made shepherds pie last night. My fork was poised as I clicked play to listen for 45 minutes to what should have been a lively discussion about Caylee’s autopsy.

WRONG!!! All I heard was a heap of drivel being spewed by a very rude host basically doing “damage control” as Niecey explained so accurately.

My “troll thwacking” mallet was swapped briefly for my fork but thankfully the delicious pie brought me back to reality mind you the barfer was particularly speedy with the “off switch” when asked questions…most of which were very pertinent. Apparantly we will be subjected to more rantings on the 29th of this month at 1 pm…trust me I will not be replaying it whilst eating my tea…lesson learnt this time
