The State’s Final Rebuttal Is Done………..The Jury Is Deliberating In The Casey Anthony Murder Trial

The State Of Florida, through Assistant State Attorneys Jeff Ashton and Linda Drane-Burdick delivered their final rebuttal on Monday, July 4, 2011. They both did a fantastic job of summing it all up and stating their case. While they met with much objection, which we expected, they delivered. Jeff covered the science and the State’s theory and Wow! Just as soon as that wowed you, then comes Linda Drane-Burdick, covering Casey, her behavior, the argument of her being such a great mother, and how well taken care of Caylee was and how Casey not only wasn’t an “amazing mother” to Caylee, but how she has treated her parents in this, but then she went for motive and she hit a home run. Casey was none too happy………

It was pointed out that no one makes an accident look like murder. It was pointed out that the prosecution delivered every piece of evidence promised in opening statements. It was pointed out that Caylee was beginning to talk, and could begin to tell on her mother. It was pointed out the Casey decided that she had to either sacrifice her new life or her child and she chose her child. It was pointed out that Caylee was well cared for and healthy, well fed, clean and happy, not because of Casey, but because Caylee’s grandparents were taking such good care of her. Casey never provided for her. It was pointed out that Casey was punishing her parents because after she has put them through so much and hurt them by taking Caylee from them, she then tried to shift the blame, basically twisting the knife she placed in their hearts. It was pointed out that Casey was the only one that stood to gain by Caylee’s death. Caylee was in the way of the life she dreamed of, Casey’s beautiful life……….

Everything was addressed from Casey’s so-called beautiful life to Roy Kronk. Jeff Ashton acknowledged that Kronk found Caylee’s remains back in August of 2008, so he did know where they were, but the skull was found with the mandible on it, in place, anatomically correct, therefore no one moved the skull, not even Kronk. Kronk may have bragged a bit to his son that he was going to be famous, that he was going to find Caylee because he knew where she was, but he was trying to impress a son, he hadn’t seen since he was 8 years old. Roy never moved the skull or any part of the remains. He knew where Caylee’s remains were at because he found them in August and he called police 3 times, so in December he checked there again and they were still there, so he called police again.

The case was delivered today and if anyone had any doubts, you shouldn’t after today. For those who missed the days proceedings:

http://www.wftv.com/news/28438713/detail.html

I will never understand why Casey couldn’t see that this was the beautiful life:

JUSTICE FOR ♥CAYLEE♥

The jury will be back in the courtroom before the Judge at 8:30am Eastern on Tuesday morning. They will be sent back into deliberations. Let us hope they have a verdict soon.

  1. scott says:

like i said at the end of the other thread, the jury probably has decided a guilty finding.

just trying to agree on which degree.

anything less then second degreew ould be an outrage

  2. niecey456 says:

I’m betting as soon as they went into deliberations, the foreperson asked who thinks she’s guilty, raise your hand, and as you said they ironed that right out from the start, so I agree, but I sure would like to see her get 1st degree. As long as she is locked away for life I can be happy with it, but if she gets less than 40 or 50 years, it won’t be right in my book. I won’t cry if she gets the DP.

  3. scott says:

the ironic part is even if she;s only convicted of lying to the police she’d scream and have a hissy fit, cause you know, shes’ a ssaint and everything

  4. irishjess says:

My kids aged 10 1/2 and 1 are both part of my beautiful life… I would NEVER in a million years sacrifice them like Casey Anthony did to poor Caylee Marie… Throw the book at that creature… You know, I heard that it took Charles Manson’s guilty verdict 1O days… It took O.J Simpsons Not Guilty verdict 4 hrs… I’m assuming the longer it takes the better for Caylee’s justice? Team Caylee did wonderful this morning and Jose Baez looked like a wounded animal…

  5. scott says:

more like 90 minutes for oj.

micheal jacksons jury took a WEEK to acquit him on all chrages. i guess they had trouble reading the verdict forms or everthing. then again they openly laughted at one of his victims so i guess they were just milking it for all it was worth

  6. sophie says:

You know, Casey didn’t steal one life that day. She stole TWO. We are well aware of Casey’s flaws… but what about the other aspects of her character. This girl was charming. She is exceedingly bright. She’s got a memory like a steel trap. An incredible imagination. A great photographer.

Just imagine, for one moment…what Casey could have made of HERSELF if she applied one tenth of the effort she spent on fabrications on a REAL life.

I know people like her with unlimited potential and talents, who’ve thrown it away on wasted lives. It’s sad. The incredible potential benefits they could have provided to society non existant because of the choices they made. And because perhaps, the way they were raised. Molly coddling, spoiling and zero consequences does a lot of colateral damage and I see it in many individuals I know.

Thank goodness for the people out there who work their butts off to become somebody. Who struggle for it under the worst odds.

What if Casey had been raised with consequences…What if Caylee had been permitted to become a contributing and talented member of society? What if Caylee had been allowed to spend a lifetime loving her mother, and caring for her in her old age, instead of her mother growing old, alone and infirm in a cage.

    A waste. A huge waste.

  7. sophie says:

One more thought and I’m done…
I have followed this case from the beginning because I have spent my life not only caring for my own children, but caring for and loving the children of several families. I am a long term nanny. I worked for one family for 15 years, another for 9, another now going on 5.

When a child is killed, the first person typically blamed in a two income family is the NANNY. If there’s no nanny, then the parents are looked at. Being a caregiver I took great notice of this case. I risk my future every single time I take a new job with a baby or toddler. I don’t know how the parents do their job when I’m not around. It’s easy to get frustrated and sleep deprived and shake a kid, bring it to the nanny seemingly sound asleep, damage done at home, and guess what? Nanny gets blamed. I understand why this is.

We don’t all shake other people’s children. We don’t steal them. Some do, but usually, it’s the parents.

Another thing that’s kept me captive in this case is Roy Kronk and the duct tape.

I used to teach preschool and taught in a small town in Texas in the early 90’s. We got a new kindergarten teacher who was 23, had two children already…one in the kindergarten class. She was immature. Had no business having children or being in the care of any group of them. She made one girl stand in the corner until she urinated because she continued to ask to use the bathroom. The teacher duct taped the mouth of this same child because she spoke incessantly.

The child was from a broken home, her father in jail because he tried to murder her mother in front of her. Had MANY emotional scars, was probably neglected. Probably had a urinary tract infection that was ignored. Nothing would surprise me in her case.

I witnessed and reported both the above incidents to the principal of the Catholic school. Both times she did NOTHING. Said NOTHING to the offending teacher. I asked for help and was ignored.j

It wasn’t until the third time I reported the teacher (for bringing her boyfriend into class and making out with him at her desk in front of her son and all the children, behind her husband’s back) and it was not until THEN that Sister Annette decided to get off her ass and do something about this woman. Catholic School can’t tolerate adultery but they sure can ignore child abuse. This teacher, who bought herself a red Trans Am because she didn’t want the Army men in town to know she was a married woman with children when she drove up to the nightclubs she attended to pick up guys when her husband was on duty. She married too young and wanted the single life, just like Casey Anthony. I now shudder to think about ‘who’ was watching her kids when she was out carousing at night. Something she bragged about doing.

Sometimes, you have to keep asking for help if it’s not forthcoming. Just like Roy Kronk did.

Sometimes, young immature women with no patience for children, who want to be single and childless, use DUCT TAPE to shut them up. Behave sadistically toward them. And sometimes, they kill them.

  8. Casey IS:”COLLATEROL DAMAGE”!!! (But, that DOES NOT, & I REPEAT…NOT GIVE her the right to MURDER her:’INNOCENT’ ANGEL, CAYLEE!!The jury/ the world, NEEDS to see, that Caylee was/’IS’, INNOCENT, that her MOM/ ‘MONSTER’!!!!!!! did a/an ‘HORRENDOUS’act/s; IN…MURDERING, a:”Lamb-of-GOD”!!! Caylee Marie Anthony!!!!!!! TINA-

  9. scott says:

    what the hell?

i feel my iq dropping 50 points reading that

  10. scott says:

i dont know what that was about….

first off, casey is a SOCIOPATH. even if george and cindy HADNT spoiled her, she still would have grown up to be a monster. just one that could be kept in check. at least till she was living on her own.

second there is no nanny in this case other then the imaginary one casey made up. and most babies/kids that are murdered have no nanny to put the blame on.

third i dont think we can put this off to casey being ‘immature’. if sociopaths are ‘mature’ that just means they know how to execute the murder better and cover it up better. (see peterson, scott)

  11. scott says:

4th i have no clue what the catholic school story has to do with this.

  12. scott says:

sorry but im a little on edge today as im sure most of us are

  13. BEES KNEES says:

Jeff Ashton’s Closing Arguments were excellent but that Linda Drane Burdick is a flipping ROCK STAR!!! She was fantastic. She hit every point. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job and I hope people send her roses.

I’m on edge right along with you scott. I don’t know how I’ll know when the jury is back in other than checking wftv every 20 minutes. I know you can sign on for email alerts (or some such thing) but what’s the difference? I would still have to check my emails every 20 minutes. How are you guys doing it? I’m pretty techno-challenged.

  14. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Mornin’ Niecey and friends 😆

Bees, I haven’t been able to come up with an answer to our problem. I signed up for WFTV alerts about 2 years ago and they have been very reliable. My computer is in the office so like you I have to check every 20 minutes…I dare not even try to watch the TV – in bedroom at the other end of the house – for fear of falling asleep. My only remedy is to stay at the ‘puter until Judge Perry excuses the jury for the day. [It was much easier to stay awake when we were watching the trial ‘live’ but guess I’ll have to put up with the waiting if I want to be here with Niecey and friends when the verdict is read.]
Sending you hugs and hoping that the verdict comes before your LH Knee op on Thursday. (((HUGS♥♥♥)))

  15. Jill from Western Australia says:

KC, wearing a pink frilly blouse was very animated whilst talking to Simms before JBP brought in the jurors & sent them off to deliberate. Baez was MIA but was seen on the ‘hallway camera’ arriving @ 8:40. He entered the empty courtroom & emerged ~ 1 min later making gesticulations to the hallway cam. Jeanine Barrett [mitigation specialist] was in attendance again this morning – I suspect she babysits KC in the court holding cell during deliberations.

If Baez was my lawyer and didn’t turn up to support me today I would be very very 😡

  16. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bill is giving commentary on this link now …

    http://www.wftv.com/caseyanthony/index.html

  17. BEES KNEES says:

Thank you, Jill ♥♥♥. And I guess we’ll both be glued to our computers today (and maybe longer). Kathi B. reports that some jurors arrived dressed-up this morning which makes me wonder if they are anticipating having the verdict today and maybe being in front of the cameras. Does anybody know if they will be interviewed that quickly after giving the verdict, or will it be a few days before we see them? I’ve never watched a case before, not sure how it usually goes.

  18. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bees, it has been reported that providing the verdict doesn’t require the penalty phase then those jurors who wish to give an interview may do so almost immediately. A special room has been set up for this purpose and was being shown yesterday on the link above. Lets hope that those jurors who dressed up did so in anticipation of being interviewed TODAY!

My tummy has been in knots since deliberations began – bet I’m not the only one.

  19. BEES KNEES says:

According to Websleuths here is what Casey mouthed during Linda’s rebuttal yesterday:

    1) starts at 8:10
LDB: what amazing parent acts with complete indifference?
KC: I’ve never acted with indifference.

    2) starts at 8:47
LBD: a mother who tried to protect her child, even in death . . .
KC: What the hell does she think I’m doing now?

    3) starts at 9:18
LDB: If this was an accident that GA knew about . . .
KC: And George never said that.

    4) starts a 9:54
LDB: Mr Anthony said he would trade places with his daughter in a second…
    KC: Then why didn’t he?

    5) starts at 12:34
LDB: Why would he want his co conspirator to talk to the cops…
KC: Cause he knew I wouldn’t. He knew I never would talk to them.

    6) starts at 20:29
LDB: this is the phone call that KC made from jail on 7/16 talking about where they need to look up Zanny.
(NOTE: ??? still working on this one!)

    7) starts at 26:28
LDB: GA didn’t now where that car was
KC: George said that, I didn’t.

    8) starts at 26:53
LDB: They didn’t now where she was or where the car was…
    KC: George knew.

    9) starts at 28:28
LDB: even GA didn’t have access to all these things…
    KC: That’s not true.

    10) starts at 29:06
LDB: It was all CA fault for leaving the ladder down…
KC: I never said that. I would never blame my mom.

    11) starts at 29:14
LDB: Let’s twist the knife in him too. (talking about GA)
    KC: This is his fault.

  20. BEES KNEES says:

But if it doesn’t require a penalty phase wouldn’t that mean they found her not guilty? Yes, I have butterflies, too! It’s going to be a long day I fear!

  21. Jill from Western Australia says:

Very interesting Bees – we have been told sociopaths actually believe their own lies – but even if this isn’t the case with KC she has to continue with her lies to all her legal team. Notice that in no #11 she states that “This is his fault.” No mention of her even being home at the time – is she trying to say that she was [for eg] in the shower and George was meant to be watching ♥Caylee♥ – this 👿 Odious Creature isn’t willing to take any of the blame whatsoever. I can assure you that once KC was arrested she would have been screaming like a banshee that it was all George’s fault – she wouldn’t take the blame nor protect anyone except herself – its all about me me me me me

  22. Jill from Western Australia says:

The penalty phase is only required if she is found guilty of premeditated murder [I think.] May also be needed if its felony murder. Both these require a sentance of death or LWOP. If she is found guilty of Aggravated Manslaughter or any of the lesser charges that doesn’t require the above choice then she can be sentanced to LWOP, 30 yrs or 15 years. Then of course there are the 4 counts of lying to Yuri & Co which get 1 yr each but as she has served almost 3 years there would only be ~ 1 left. All the above is from listening to Bill BUT as I am extremely sleep deprived it wouldn’t suprise me if I have some of the facts incorrect 😳

  23. kas says:

Bees: #4 is my favorite. It would have been so much easier if he had succeeded in his suicide attempt. Call him a molester (and make your “story” ten times worse), and make him a straight up murderer. I totally believe that’s what she would have done. Pinned the whole murder on him. George is such an asshole. He just messes up EVERYTHING!!

#5 is precious too. Yes, why? George, you PROMISED us in pre-trial.

Scott!!: I keep forgetting to mention it to you. Have you seen the advertisement on ABC for an interview with Jaycee Duggard? I think it will be this Fri. or Sat.

  24. Jill from Western Australia says:

Mornin’ Kas – nice to have some company thru this excruciating wait 😆

I think this is the jurors verdict form

    http://www.wftv.com/pdf/28442632/detail.html

  25. connie says:

Good morning Niecey and Caylee friends, I’m here Jill, on and off the computer and TV on.
We will continue to keep close faith and hope.

  26. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Thanks Connie 😆

I’ve been wondering how George is feeling at the moment…he knows that all the accusations against him are lies and I’m assuming Cindy knows this too. Obviously they don’t want the DP for their daughter but unless they know more than they have been letting on they really should be willing to accept that KC must pay for the death of their granddaughter.

  27. scott says:

the sad thing is casey actually believes her lies. just like she actually believed zanny existed for years.

hoping for a verdict today but think its more likely it will be tommorow imo.

yes kas she’s doing a 2 hour interview with diana sawyer sunday at 9 eastern here……in advance of her memoirs coming out next tuesday.

the diffrences between casey and jaycee are startiling

  28. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Mornin’ Scott 😆

I just watched a live media conference [held in the jury press room] by Karen Levy who gave the media the following…
    1. If the verdict is 1st degree there will be a 48 hr delay before the penalty phase.
    2. If no penalty phase there will be a 3 – 4 day delay before sentencing.
    3. The Jury Press Conference will last about 45 mins and will be ONLY for those jurors who choose to participate.
    4. If found guilty KC will be fingerprinted in the courtroom in front of the jury.

  29. Lona1 says:

Jill, as to No. 2 of the information Karen Levy provided was that she was assuming that. I remember JBP saying a few weeks ago that after a verdict he would move right into the sentencing phase, if necessary. So if it;s less than 1st degree, he could sentence her at anytime…which is definately fine with met…..god, I hate waiting.

  30. Lona1 says:

Can you guys believe the fact that they are blocking off Hopespring Drive? I can understand the no parking signs, but what the heck? There must have been threats made to the A’s and they forwarded those to LE. Otherwise, why would they go thru this expense? This is certainly not standard procedure. Bet they are NOT at their home.
I think if Casey gets like a 15 yr sentences, it will be “ON”. Someone could try to burn theor house down.

  31. Lona1 says:

Did you hear? Casey now lives at the court house holding cell.

  32. Jill from Western Australia says:

Thanks Lona – the sooner the better for me too – the only way I’m staying sane is by watching Bill [on the link I posted above.]

  33. scott says:

number 4 i’ve never heard of before.
thats humiliating……couldnt happen to a nicer gal 😉

  34. Lona1 says:

….like a caged rabbit dog, thinking about Linda Burdick.

  35. Jill from Western Australia says:

Your last two comments just popped up after I posted – hi!
I read over at Hinky that KC was complaining to Simms that her privacy was being invaded in her new accomodations – she had Simms talk to the deputy behind her.

Lets hope all the security around the Ants home is only precautionary – sadly there will always be some ‘nut’ bent on revenge.

  36. Lona1 says:

Casey A. in her holding cell, making goo goo eyes at the wall. 🙂

  37. Jill from Western Australia says:

Scott re #4 I watched Karen explain this and then a bit later Bill explained that this is SOP. Looking forward to watching her being humiliated – hope she acts up

  38. Lona1 says:

Hi Jill, her privacy is being invaded? Thats funny. Thnaks for that information. She better stop complaining or she will sit there with the cuffs on.

  39. kas says:

    Mornin’ back, everybody.

I so feel for the Anthonys’ neighbors. They are stuck. They could try to move, but who, aside from Joy Whatshername would buy their home?? Their property is worthless. Yet another “Bravo” to Casey.

I read that the blocking off of the neighborhood was done at the request of the rest of the neighbors, not the Anthonys.

  40. Lona1 says:

Oh, I will like that…no.4…in front of a jury. She might cuss them out.

  41. Jill from Western Australia says:

Lona, Karen was asked about how KC is being supervised whilst living in the holding cell and she said there is a female deputy with her at all times. She didn’t elaborate if the deputy is inside or outside the cell but for her own sanity lets hope she is out of earshot coz we know that KC will talk the hind legs off a donkey.

  42. Lona1 says:

    Jill, 😆 😆

  43. Lona1 says:

Bet that officer is with her, and is telling her now to be quiet!!!! LOL

  44. Jill from Western Australia says:

That makes sense Kas coz the neighbours really have had to put up with more than they should – their protection is definately deserved.

I’m going to peel lots of spuds and put the deep fryer on…will send y’all ‘cyber chippies’ when they are done

  45. scott says:

maybe they could shave her head for the chair in front of the jury too. 😉

  46. Lona1 says:

Hope she doesn’t grab for the officer’s gun and try to run! jk

  47. Lona1 says:

    Yum, Jill, thanks! 🙂

  48. Lona1 says:

These officer know what kind of murdering ding bat and phony this prisoner is….they might mess with her mind if they feel like it. She can’t prove none of that, no way out for her.

  49. scott says:

    lets go jury…..get it done

  50. Jill from Western Australia says:

Slide show of Baez gesticulating this morning after missing KC, Judge Perry and the jury…

    http://www.wftv.com/slideshow/news/28450156/detail.html

  51. Lona1 says:

There is no sound in that holding cell, unlike all the noises one might hear at the OC jail. She will be flippin’ mad if this continues. And, should ther be a oenalty phase, she will be in there another 48 hours, all by her lonesome.

  52. Jill from Western Australia says:

Good grief he looks almost as 👿 as his client!

Scott I hope you can view the slideshow.

  53. niecey456 says:

Mornin’ Everyone!!! I have been following on tv again today. I wonder if we will have a verdict today?

Scott, I’m not sure if you were getting after just Sophie, or Sophie and Tina, or just Tina, but I think you were a little rough. I think there is a much better way to disagree than to attack someone’s IQ. I understand you are on edge, as most are, but Sophie was sharing from the heart, and she is right that Casey did destroy more than 1 life, actually she destroyed many more than 2 IMHO. Tina has been with us for a very long time and her style of writing is very individual. I’m not sure who you were slamming there, but you shouldn’t have addressed that like that. Many folks feel as though Casey was a created monster. Most of us believe she is a sociopath, but if sociopaths are raised with rules, they do not always turn out to be killers, so she could have been partially created. Then again, she may not be a sociopath. She could just be a spoiled rotten, selfish bratt that never had any rules. I think Sophie did concede there was no nanny and she also made a point about the Catholic School issue, and that is that it is hard to just take someone that shouldn’t be around children, away from them, even in Catholic School, in some instances. Also it speaks volumes of how desenistized our society is becoming. Things are being allowed that shouldn’t be and never were before, because of political correctness, and because things that are in the norm now, our grandparents would not have tolerated.

I do appreciate all that you are sharing. Bees, I love that you brought Casey’s responses to us. Very interesting.

  54. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Soundproof – yippee
[If it wasn’t I’m sure the deputy would be out looking for duct tape 😛 ]

  55. Jill from Western Australia says:

Hi Niecey – chippies coming shortly 😆

Here is the video of Baez…

    http://www.wftv.com/video/28449992/index.html

  56. Lona1 says:

Hey Tina, how are you? Thanks for your comment.

  57. scott says:

i was not commenting towards tina. in fact i think tina’s coment was an abbreviated and nicer version of my own.

like i said, i am on edge, but i also think she was to an extent excusing casey’s behavior, or giving the old ‘its my parents fault’ excuse, and im not really in the mood to litsen to that. i also dont get the tangent she went off on about nannies being blamed for child murders. how often does that happen? i think only when they are caught on camera abusing them on camera. and the whole thing about catholic school….but like you said, its her opinion and shes entitled to it 🙂

  58. niecey456 says:

    Hey Jill! Mmmmmm………Sounds good………Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying Scott, but we do agree that Sophie is entitled to her opinion. As I said I see some of her points, and understand. We have to be careful when we are on edge and I know we all are, but an IQ attack was a bit much. I don’t want us reduced to fighting. We can disagree without trashing one another personally. I appreciate each and every one of you and respect your opinions, whether I agree or I don’t. Both Sophie and you have raised some good points. Don’t mind disagreement, just keep it from becoming personal attacks and brawls.

Tina is very good at abbreviating what many are thinking.

  59. scott says:

part of me also feels she was pushing an agenda

  60. niecey456 says:

That is your opinion, and you are entitled, but so is she and I didn’t take what she said that way. I just don’t want personal attacks for the opinions of other commenters. It is unnecessary.

  61. niecey456 says:

On the conversation of the Anthonys’ home having to be guarded………………………

I’d like to say that it saddens me that the Anthonys’ neighborhood/home is having to be guarded. I understand the neighbors asking and I don’t blame them. I find it sad that it would come to this. I have always thought the protesters were trailer trash to start with. That kind of behavior is uncalled for. It is sad, that they have to be afraid. 😦

    On another note…………..

I do appreciate Karen Leavey explaining things this morning. She did clear up questions I had in my mind.

  62. scott says:

we will just leave it at that then

  63. scott says:

i think that is all more precaution then any actual threats

  64. niecey456 says:

Thanks for the pics and videos on Baez this morning Jill. 😆

Like to say that I don’t think protesting any issue is wrong. I was speaking of the motley crew that did such at the beginning of the case, bringing their children, fighting and such. All of that was wrong. JMHO. There is a time to peacebly assemble in protest, but that was not one of them.

I’m sure it is a precaution, but it is sad. IMHO.

Didn’t mean to drop a monkey wrench in the conversation…………..Carry on everyone……….

  65. scott says:

things have been quiet at the anythony home for a couple of years in regards to protesters….i think they fear a verdict anywhere near casey’s favor will incite people again

  66. niecey456 says:

I can understand that, but I don’t think folks should have to live in fear of vigilante justice. I do understand the precaution. I do hope Casey does not get favorable verdict. That is a scary thing.

  67. scott says:

for the most part i agree. but the anthonys didnt help there image with there behavior back either……the water hose for one. call the damn cops…..instead its casey sitting in her room doing it.

  71. scott says:

i wouldnt fear any action against the anthony home (unless she’s totally acquitted) but i’d be on high alert at the courthouse for anything against casey herself

  72. BEES KNEES says:

This will be good for the State. I am shaking!!!!

  87. BEES KNEES says:

Bill Sheaffer has made me nervous by reminding us that the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict for OJ after only four hours.

  88. september says:

Hi everyone! I had to be here to share this moment with you all…………it’s been such a long journey ……..please let there be justice for Caylee.

  89. niecey456 says:

Now I’m shaking. Bill shouldn’t have done that! I hope that is not the case.

  90. scott says:

i dont feel anything for cindy but contempt. lee too

  91. Jill from Western Australia says:

  93. niecey456 says:

It is hard to believe we are finally here. Praying………….praying hard……………….

  94. BEES KNEES says:

Have you seen Jeff’s face? He is BEAMING from ear to ear. Spectators are clapping and cheering him. I love it.

  95. Jill from Western Australia says:

  96. niecey456 says:

I hope they do the same for Linda……….They make a great team!

  97. scott says:

    love u guys……..

  98. september says:

Is Lee there? Thanks for holding my hand, Nicey, lets form a circle holding hands.

I have sympathy for Cindy, But she bears some responsibility for the death of Caylee and she must live with that knowledge .

  99. BEES KNEES says:

No, I don’t think lee is there. Yuri Melich is though. John Allen, too.

  100. Jill from Western Australia says:

(((HUGS))) September – so glad you are holding hands with all of us.

Gerardo Bloise just walked in – I can’t stop 😥

  101. niecey456 says:

Love and Hugs………..Holding hands tight……………….Forming a circle for ♥Caylee♥……….I’m so nervous.

  102. september says:

I didn’t see the crowd applauding Jeff………..boy this prosecution team and investigators deserve to be recognised.

Linda’s closing was awesome. Caylee had such a great team. The hawk has guided these people.

  103. Jill from Western Australia says:

Has anyone seen Baez – he’s been late before!

  104. niecey456 says:

I haven’t seen Baez. Is it possible he’s with Casey?

  105. Jill from Western Australia says:

    141,000 on WFTV blog.

  106. scott says:

i dont know if she beas any responsibility for caylees death. the garbage that came after it, yes

  107. niecey456 says:

  108. scott says:

  109. niecey456 says:

  110. Hi evryone!!! 1st off, I was not excusing Casey’s behaviour Scott. I don’t care for her @ all!! The writting is SOOOOOOO on the wall!!! Love ya Niecey, & Jill, etc. (Your my:’SOUL-SISTERS’!!!)TINA-

  111. BEES KNEES says:

Am I correct in saying the jury did not ask to see even one piece of the evidence?

  112. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Baez just walked in ALONE.

  113. connie says:

We’re here, we’re all here as we have been, holding hands, eyes filled ….. Praying!
    ((((((((((JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE)))))))))

  114. scott says:

feel like im in time squar on new years eve waiting for the ball to drop

  115. Jill from Western Australia says:

Baez down on one knee again talking to KC who is still in the pink frilly blouse but now has her hair in a ponytail.

  116. september says:

Bees the jury knew you needed this verdict before Thursday. BTW know that I’ll be thinking of you on Thursday. Just think this time next year you’ll be running a marathon..

  117. scott says:

tina i was not referring to you at all honey, sorry 🙂

  118. irishjess says:

VERDICT is going to be given in 1O minutes!!! Oh my… My stomach has butterflies in it… Praying for justice little Caylee… ❤ ❤ ❤

  119. Jill from Western Australia says:

My dinner chippies are playing the gunfight at the OK coral right now.

  120. niecey456 says:

    Casey is biting her nails…………

  121. niecey456 says:

    😆 Jill 😆

    Me too Irish Jess………….

    Where’s Kas?

  122. Jill from Western Australia says:
  123. niecey456 says:

    We love you too Tina!

    Keep Praying Connie!

  124. BEES KNEES says:

    Thank you, september (squeezing hand)!

Apparently the defense will have braced kc and reassured her that even if it’s a Guilty verdict it’s not the end of the road. /they will appeal blah, blah, blah . . . . I guess it will help her stay a little more calm. Maybe.

  125. LindaNewYork says:

Wow, I am a nervous wreck. I am at work!!!

  126. niecey456 says:

Will they give her the verdict that makes her have the come aparts?

  127. niecey456 says:

Me Too Linda FNY! (nervous wreck)

  128. LindaNewYork says:

I am getting so emotional. Literally…eyes tearing up!

  129. niecey456 says:

September, Thank you for reminding everyone to pray for Bees as she gets her new knee. ♥♥♥

  130. LindaNewYork says:

Can watch but not put volume up at work…Please let me know verdict in writing!

  131. niecey456 says:

    3 minutes……..

  132. scott says:

    please please please please

  133. BEES KNEES says:

Hold hands, guys. Here it comes.

  134. niecey456 says:

    Here we go………..

  135. LindaNewYork says:

    All of LE there!

  136. BEES KNEES says:

    I’m in shock.

  137. kas says:

    I just………evil won.

  138. Thats cool Scott!! (Hugs!!!)Now, do you, Niecey, Jill,… ANYBODY know what the verdict is?! Reply A.S.A.P., PLEASE!!! “THANK-YOU”!!! TINA-

  139. scott says:

sttupid assinien jury…let them all burn in hell

  140. september says:

This trial was lost in jury selection……..how they found these people I will never know. Evil has won.

  141. connie says:

Sickening …… just sickening, they will say that they just didn’t have the proof needed to convict her….. sickening, so very sad. :`(

  142. Jill from Western Australia says:

There was NO justice for ♥Caylee♥ 😥

  143. BEES KNEES says:

Unbelievable. I feel like I must be dreaming. Am I?

  144. september says:

These people never looked at the EVIDENCE. Now they are off to write their books. But she’s like OJ this is not the last time the law will have contact with her.

  145. the mumbler says:

i am so very sad with the not guilty verdict! where is justice now? who killed caylee?! i’m sick to my stomach knowing that a narcissistic psychopath was found not guilty!

  146. Lona1 says:

I am in shock….this was th wrong jury…what a crock…I’ll let it go now. She will get out at some point and mess up again…

  147. Lona1 says:

Like I said, before, this is the last media hyped trial I will followf…I rather sit in church or get my nails done.

  148. scott says:

not guilty tina i wasih i was joking. 😦

  149. BEES KNEES says:

Something is wrong. There has to be something wrong with the jury. not even a lesser charge of manslaughter? Something is very fishy.

  150. Lona1 says:

NG said she will get 4 years…hope someone gets her in general population…ALL THIS WORK IN VAIN….WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM??????????????????????

  151. Lona1 says:

She might get time served! They must have been mentally ill on this jury!

  152. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bill just said that with time served she could walk free after sentencing @ 9am on Thursday. This is soooo unjust.

  153. BEES KNEES says:

You know, when I saw Judge Perry do a bit of a double-take when he first looked at the verdict I had a small chill.

Bill Sheaffer says he has never been so wrong about anything as he was in his verdict prediction.

  154. Lona1 says:

Thank you Niecey for all your work and articles…Love ya!

  155. connie says:

You are right September … Evil is alive and walks amongst us, this case has proven it.

  156. scott says:

dead right september. gonna get there little book deals and make a fortune.

i hope cindy and george sleep with there eyes open……..cause casey will come for them next

  157. Hey Lona, Niecey, evryone!!! What a TERRIBLE VERDICT!!! If its ANY COMFORT, on judgement day, I believe GOD & HIS ANGELS will deliver the CORRECT; & RIGHT VERDICT!!! GUILTY!!!!!!! TINA-

  158. Eggtreenews says:

    No words.

    Evil has won.

    I’m done with this country.

  159. Jill from Western Australia says:

Kathi just said that KC NEVER even looked at her parents. Cindy was smiling but George was not looking happy.

I’m stunned as I’m sure you all are – there will be a jury conference where we might find out WHY?

  160. Jill from Western Australia says:

Baez is going to be unbearable 👿

  161. BEES KNEES says:

Bill Sheaffer says he does not think justice was served.

  162. Jill from Western Australia says:

    She’ll kill again I’m sure…she is 👿

  163. BEES KNEES says:

Is there any way that jury was stacked? Or tampered with somehow?

  164. LindaNewYork says:

So what now, she goes home with Cindy and George? Baez, Mason? I am completely shocked as is everyone else. The girl I work with said people are cursing all over facebook.

WTF does the jury think happened to this little girl?

  165. LindaNewYork says:

Oh the smirk on his effin face.

  166. niecey456 says:

I cannot believe this……….I’m in shock! HOW MUCH LOUDER COULD THE JURY HAVE SAID THAT CAYLEE’S LIFE MEANT NOTHING??? Casey can never again be tried for this crime. Double Jeopardy.

She will be sentenced for the Lying To Police charges on Thursday and you know she will get time served.

How is this jury going to feel when she comes out with a book in a few years, like OJ did telling how if she did it what she would have done?

Is there no hope left for a JUST society?

  167. niecey456 says:

I do agree she will kill again. She has been justified in killing her child.

  168. niecey456 says:

Eggy, I’m with you! We have crossed the line to an UNJUST society.

  169. niecey456 says:

    I’m sorry Caylee……. 😥

  170. september says:

I have to get out and take a walk….what a miscarriage of justice. The jury has nothing to say that I want to hear…….IDIOTS.

  171. Jill from Western Australia says:

Oh chit! Now Baez is repeating his speech in Spanish.
Mason berated the media and talking head lawyers.

  172. niecey456 says:

I agree September, they have to be IDIOTS!

  173. september says:

This is just so devastating…….a just society……..what a joke.

  174. BEES KNEES says:

This doesn’t make sense. What went on in that jury room.

Did you hear mason going off like an ass about lawyers in the media? What a pig! Bill S. took exception to it. Everyone is angry. No one understands.

  175. irishjess says:

This makes me lose all respect for our justice system… I first lost respect in the O.J Simpson case and the final nail in the coffin was today’s case… I believe in my heart that those jurors better remain anonymous because they won’t be safe and Casey Anthony better wear a bullet proof vest because there are lots of pissed off citizens in Florida…

  176. Jill from Western Australia says:

It hasn’t sunk in yet – this is just not right.
I hope the jury will answer questions – their presser is set to last for 45 minutes – when/if it happens.

  177. BEES KNEES says:

You have to wonder what the jurors will think if they do any research and learn everything we know about the case?

  178. scott says:

wonder if they were all plants or were paid off somehow.

i just cant see this outcome…..manslaughter maybe. but acquittal? i call bullshit

  179. Jill from Western Australia says:

Yes Bees I heard Mason grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! Don’t blame Bill for being annoyed.

This is where you can hear what is going on…

    http://www.wftv.com/caseyanthony/index.html

  180. the mumbler says:

I’m watching HLN now and one of the anchors asked, if Casey is not guilty, then, who killed Caylee??? That is my question now as well. I still cannot swallow the not guilty verdict! She’s not even found guilty on the child abuse charge!

  181. BEES KNEES says:

There’s never been a stronger circumstantial case. There couldn’t have been a finer Judge presiding. The Prosecution Team was stellar. The defense were bumbling clowns. The accused was visibly guilty. The entire world knows she killed Caylee. And yet they found twelve people to find her Not Guilty. I swear, something is WRONG.

  182. I just wanted to tell you all how sorry I am. I came late to this, and I know how shocked and upset I am. You all have been living this for a lot longer.

She will go the way of Joren Van der Sloot…she will get out and not have the love of her father or brother….or any friends…or any job. She will be in and out of prison her whole life, because she is not normal.

I lived with a psychopath. I saw first hand how they could charm the pants off people…people who you would think should know better. People can not understand how someone can talk normal, look normal, and be so empty inside.

Love you all…try to get through this.
    Mary

  183. Jill from Western Australia says:

I wonder if they will charge Cindy with perjury?

The Mumbler that was a perfect question – do they want us to believe that ♥Caylee♥ did this to herself? No No No!!!!

Bees I wonder if when the jurors learn ALL the facts they would have rendered a different verdict?

  184. niecey456 says:

I have to agree that something smells to high Heaven! I cannot believe that those 12 people really believed that Casey did not harm Caylee.

  185. I feel VERY, VERY, sick inside!!! I cannot believe Casey was found innocent!!! WHY? WHY? WHY? Also, Caylee, all I can say is: I’m SORRY!!! But wait ’til judgement day!!! You will have your justice, I feel!!! For GOD & his ANGELS will be TOOOTALLY FAIR & JUST!!! And they, (unlike the jury, etc. !!!!) are NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, SELL- OUTS, & unjust. TINA-

  186. BEES KNEES says:

You know I have to believe that in the end justice will prevail. It did in the OJ case. But how very sad that it didn’t happen today. I want to know what went wrong. I hope those jurors talk. A lot.

  187. niecey456 says:

    BTW………..To the Mumbler………Welcome!!!

I’d really like to know the answer to that question myself. I cannot believe that 12 people that had any brains at all could be compelled by an idiot like Baez, with the mess he was spewing.

  188. kas says:

And when she kills again, it’s on this Jury.

They had mountains of evidence to go over. Yes, I thought it was more of a courtesy “go through”; my mind was made up. But these people had some of the best of the best guiding them: Vass, Linda, Jeff, etc…. it was made so simple. But still it should have been REVIEWED.

The disrespect to Caylee is shocking in nature. You’d think they’d be embarrassed and ashamed. No one looks forward to Jury Duty, but it is asked of all Americans and to take out your contempt at having a damn month taken out of your life on Caylee is horrid.

When the inevitable backlash comes on these jackasses, watch them blame Jeff and Linda. Sorry. Nope. There are two choices here: You found her Not Guilty because your I.Q. is 7. *or* You found her Not Guilty because you wanted to go home. This is on you.

  189. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bill just said that Cindy won’t be charged with perjury…so that means there is absolutely NO justice for ♥Caylee♥ whatsoever!!!

  190. niecey456 says:

The jury does not want to speak to the media………..WONDER WHY???

  191. niecey456 says:

    The 5 alternates may speak.

  192. Jill from Western Australia says:

Karen Levy says that NO jurors are interested in speaking to the media. The alternates are on their way to the courthouse – Karen will ask them if they want to talk.

  193. LindaNewYork says:

WFTV reporting JURORS WILL NOT SPEAK!!!!

  194. scott says:

i know we arent supposed to be for ‘vigilantes’ but i wont lose any sleep if someone takes casey out before she’s released

  195. Jill from Western Australia says:

Niecey they will hotfoot it back to Pinellas County in hopes to remain anonymous BUT those who were in the courtroom know what they look like. If they were really confident that they made the right decisions then you would think they would be proud to tell us why they voted not guilty.

  196. niecey456 says:

I agree Jill. I wonder if they just wanted to go home and found this as an easy way out? Maybe I shouldn’t say that, but that would be a sad statement.

  197. niecey456 says:

This is so DISGUSTING!!! I hope these people can sleep at night.

  198. scott says:

    cowards.

then again maybe they realize they are marked men/women if they show there faces

  199. Jill from Western Australia says:

KC will make million$ – do you think she will continue to accuse her father?

  200. niecey456 says:

I do not advocate VIGILANTE JUSTICE by any means.

  201. scott says:

there is no place in the world they can run and hie and not be nkowon

unless they do copmleet plastic surgery

  202. BEES KNEES says:

It’s very interesting that none of them will speak. Cowards. Maybe that’s why they related to kc.

  203. niecey456 says:

Casey will make her living writing books and doing movies………….Wonder how many idiots will buy it? I won’t. I cannot. That would be supporting pure evil.

  204. Eggtreenews says:

Our society is sick. Period. None of this makes any sense. The only explanation is that evil took over somehow.

She’ll get out and the media will pay her millions for killing her kid. The Bella vita indeed, in her mind anyway.

The sociopath will kill again, and when she does, blood will be on this jury’s hands. Will their book and movie deals make any of that easier?

I’m deeply disturbed that Anthony insanity has been justified today. What kind of precedent has been set here? What will come next?

    What’s become of truth?

  205. niecey456 says:

Eggy, Dear Eggy, I have all of the same questions. Is there no Hope left? I cannot believe this.

  206. BEES KNEES says:

You know at first I was thinking what if they could have been told about the check charges, all of the evidence they didn’t see, would it make any difference? But I don’t think so. They had more than enough information to make the right verdict. I just don’t get it. And I guess if they never speak we will never know.

  207. Jill from Western Australia says:

    Eggy thats sooooo true.

What about Zenaida – will she be awarded $$$’s from what KC earns?

  208. BEES KNEES says:

Good questions, Eggy! I think our reality-tv culture is somehow to blame in part. It’s totally messed up.

  209. Eggtreenews says:

How long do you think before some whackjob vigilante kills her?

  210. scott says:

    i know you dont.

but since there seems to be an agreement she is going to kill again, wouldnt it be like going back in time and and killing hitler before he took power?

  211. niecey456 says:

I hope she is Jill. My dear, I hope everyone that has grounds, sues that girl now. Kronk should, TES should, Amy should, the list goes on and on.

    Prosecutors are about to speak………..

  212. niecey456 says:

I’m not saying someone won’t try, just trying to say I do not advocate it as she is not worth it. I understand your point Scott. Not picking on you, but I do not want to encourage that in case someone might get any ideas. Casey is not worth the price. I do feel as though she will never be able to have a decent life. I am sickened by the fact that she will be a star, but when she speaks, I will not listen.

  213. BEES KNEES says:

Everyone predicted someone would kill Karla Holmolka once she was released but she slipped away into obscurity after doing a very cushy few years in some high-profile women’s prisons. I remember there was even a website where people were placing bets on how long she would last once she was released. She was very hated.

  214. scott says:

i need to go for a walk and clear my head

  215. niecey456 says:

It breaks my heart to think that Caylee curled up in that trunk and died a suffering death, and party girl walked. I have shed tears. This is beyond reprehensible.

  216. niecey456 says:

I hope they go after Baez for all of the dirty law breaking he did now.

  217. september says:

My friends I’m so grateful to have had you to be by my side, I couldn’t have gotten through this without you.

Lona, I’m with you……no more media hyped trials for me. I’m rethinking watching anything on Insession because they were so into spinning for the defense, especially Sunny, and Jean.

I can’t imagine how Jeff, Linda and Yuri must feel. There pain must be a hundred times more than what we are feeling.

  218. the mumbler says:

I agree with what Nancy Grace said, that throughout trial, the jurors got to see Casey. What she wore, her facial expressions and her tears but the jurors didn’t get to know Caylee and I think that’s what happened here. Caylee was forgotten throughout the trial. 😦

Thank’s for welcoming me Niecey. I’ve been an avid reader of your blog since the trial started and it’s only now that I decided to write a comment because I couldn’t bear to be silent anymore. I need to get my feelings of disappointed and frustration out.

I was almost close to tears today. I have high respect for the prosecutors especially Jeff Ashton. I think he did a wonderful job.

  219. BEES KNEES says:

That’s who I feel worse for, Jeff Ashton, Linda Drane-Burdick, Frank George. I feel sick to my stomach.

  220. She’ll pay, I think. For what she did, the world will condemn her.

  221. niecey456 says:

Hey Mary! I’m sorry…..I don’t know why your comments were going to moderation, but I do agree with your comment @ 2:05 pm, I totally agree with you on that. I do believe, like OJ and any other psychopaths, she will wind up in trouble again and again, until the key is thrown away. I hope at some point one or more of those jurors will speak and explain how they could have come to that verdict. Casey is vindicated now. She probably feels empowered. She can get away with anything. That will land her right back in trouble.

  222. scott says:

id add jesse and eorge to the ‘sue her’ list.

yeah. she’ll get rich. cindy will get rich. baez will get rich and now will look like the greatest lawyer since clarence darrow. and the jurors will get rich, while hiding there faces behind black dots and sillouhettes.

isnt it great that when they all face god one day,, none of there money will save them?

  223. Jill from Western Australia says:

    I hope so Mary!

Linda, Jeff and Frank along with Yuri were very stoic whilst listening to Lawson Lamar and Sheriff Denning. My ♥ goes out to all of these extremely professional people.

  224. Jill from Western Australia says:

Ugh – it is being reported that Baez is the pride of the Hispanic population – he is going to be absolutely unbearable…grrrr!

    I’m worried about George 😥
If KC goes home to her perjuring mother I’m sure he will not be able to stay in that house.

  225. niecey456 says:

Scott, I completely agree with you. The defense is now having a champagne toast at a bar. God is watching…………One day there will be accountablity. We will all face him and give an account. No one can lie.

    Jill, I’m with you girlfriend!

  226. Lona1 says:

Listen, let’s get real for a moment. Something is wrong with this jury…not tellin’ what, but this verdict is not normal.
Where will Casey go? Where will she shop? get her hair cut? Where will she walk around? I she goes back to her parent’s house, how long before something bad happens there? She can’t go around Florida….she has to disappear…and that is reality. If she does not, something will happen to her, no doubt. She played the media, the prosecutors, the sheriff’s office, the public….everyone…..there is something wrong with this jury and I don’t know what, but they were not even hung and deliberated only a short time.
Look for more news of Casey Anthony throughout this year. As Dr. Drew said, she will do another crime and will get caught. This is evil walking among us and there will be a reolution to this injustice at some day and point.

  227. niecey456 says:

I feel for George myself. I could not exist in that house with that evil. I really pray for him.

I heard a potential juror just speak that said she wishes she hadn’t gotten out of it now, because she could have at least hung the jury. ♥Caylee♥ did not get her Justice. 😥

  228. niecey456 says:

I agree Lona that there will one day be a resolution. Casey will get in trouble again. NO DOUBT!

  229. Lona1 says:

I am holding back my thoughts as to what will happen to her, but I think you know. At some point and time someone will fli[ and make her a victim.
    WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!

  230. Lona1 says:

If she goes back to the A’s house, police presence has to be there forever or many months to come. How could they take her back? Did she not steal thousands of dollars? Ha ha ha, well then..go ahead Cindy and play mommy to your 25 year old daughter. All it takes is one unstable mental individual and it’s all over.

  231. niecey456 says:

I hope that folks realize she’s not worth it. I cannot advocate that. I understand that many believe that will happen, but I do not wish it, as it is not the right thing to do.

  232. Lona1 says:

This is a sad, sad day!
    Hugs to you all!

  233. scott says:

i think we need something good to get behind right now so i’d like to schill for the jaycee dugard interview with diane sawyer, sunday 9pm eastern (or check local listings) on abc.

watch and see a real mother, a real victim/survivor/hero.
not the faux representation of those kinds of people that casey is being passed off as.

  234. Lona1 says:

I do not wish harm to her either, but am saying that someone unstable that followed this case will flip at some point…just my assumption. I know I cannot say here on this blog and someone SHOULD do something…I’m just saying that there are plenty of nut cases that would.

  235. Jill from Western Australia says:

If Judge Perry gives Baez any sanctions he will be slated by the TH’s and the defense of showing bias. It seems that EVERYONE is going to get away with this travesty of justice for a beautiful little girl whose life was cut short by her 👿 mother.

I predict that KC will be whisked away by a large media conglomerate, who will wine, dine and provide accomodation in order to get her story. She may not even return to Hopespring Drive.

  236. niecey456 says:

I understand what you mean. Our emotions are running high right now and I can only hope that people realize that she will show herself for what and who she truly is and Justice will come one day. HUGS EVERYONE!!!

Scott, I do agree that watching Jaycee’s inteview would be a good idea. I also think Justice was served in her case. Maybe we need to realize that this does not always happen that way this way.

  237. niecey456 says:

Cheney Mason just laughed and scoffed and said that Casey would not be returning home to her family. He was speaking to Jean C.

  238. niecey456 says:

Jill, I agree with you. What a shame that Evil has been so rewarded in the State of Florida.

  239. Jill from Western Australia says:

Niecey, I’m not suprised that Mason made that statement. Betcha KC told him that she would never go home again…stick it to her mother one final time. Won’t suprise me if she never talks to them again. Dunno about Lee…what do you think?

  240. scott says:

kinda get the feeling though that abc will bump jaycee if casey decided to do an interview live sunday

  241. niecey456 says:

Jill, You never know about Lee, but I do pray for Cindy and George. I would change the locks on my house. How long do you think it will take Casey to get back in trouble? I think she will start stealing again first.

  242. niecey456 says:

I hope they wouldn’t Scott, and if they did I wouldn’t watch. I don’t want to hear anything from Casey.

  243. september says:

Scott, thanks for the info on the Jessie Duggard program……….it will be a nice change.

Sadly I think Casey will have a beautiful life and will use this murder to fund it. She is evil and has no feelings except for herself.

I for one don’t want to hear from this lying bunch.aka the jury……Casey was judged by a group of her PEERS. They completely understood her and her motivation for murdering her daughter and condoned it.

  244. niecey456 says:

    WELL SAID SEPTEMBER!!!

  245. scott says:

lol so cindy gets diwoned……..is that silver lining? now she knows she hlepd her daughter get away with murder and yet her daughter wants nothing to do with her

  246. scott says:

i hate cindy more now then ever before.

she went up there and sold the choloroform bs…….she heled her daughter get away with murder.

forget her and foret lee. what will it take for them to wake up? casey taking a machine gun to a mcdonalds playground?

  247. BEES KNEES says:

I just cannot accept that twelve people came to that verdict after only ten hours. I find it suspicious that they did not ask to see any of the evidence. I also read that when they left the courtroom to begin deliberating not one of them took their notebooks with them. If that is true it suggests they all knew somehow that they would not be referring to any notes, therefore not really deliberating. How could they possibly know that without communicating about it earlier? It just seems really odd to me. And it also seems like their minds were made up as early as yesterday as some of them showed up dressed-up today. Hell, it seems like their minds were made up before they even began deliberating. How? Why? I really feel like there is more to the story.

  248. Jill from Western Australia says:

I would not be suprised if KC ends up in California [not to see Mark Hawkins] but to join the celebrity crowd. I wonder if she will end up doing drugs? No matter what…she will DEMAND top dollar for everything and probably get it. Lets not forget that every time she has been on camera during the past 3 years her main concern has been about her sex appeal – this will get her into trouble! We have watched her turn feral on the drop of a hat…she will do this again when she doesn’t get her way…like I said before I feel she will kill again.

  249. BEES KNEES says:

Another thing that maybe went wrong was the rush that was put on in Pinellas County to seat that jury. I remember at the time feeling really unhappy with the jurors that ended up being slected and it didn’t feel right that there was such a great time pressure. Maybe they should have spent a lot more time chosing that jury. That’s got to be one of the things going through the State’s mind right now.

  250. BEES KNEES says:

I don’t think it will bother her to kill again but it will be difficult if she ends up living under a microscope.

  251. BEES KNEES says:

Express your dissatisfaction to Fox News at 1-888-369-4762 or by e-mail at yourcomments@foxnews.com

  252. Jill from Western Australia says:

Bees – Bill Shaeffer just said that now he will get the total knee replacement that he has been putting off for 3 years. I hope that is yet another wonderful omen for you on Thursday ♥♥♥

  253. Niecey…not a problem about the moderation. Somehow I got logged out and forgot what email I used. It’s a day of sadness and turmoil…I really understand.

KC won’t live a normal life. Psychopathy to her extreme makes it impossible. She and Cindy will have no friends, no family, no jobs, no future. I hope Lee and his girlfriend get as far away as they can. I don’t think George will, he’ll get sucked back in to standing by and supporting.

KC will have no one to lie to or steal from. No one will ever, ever trust her enough again…even the lawyers who defended her. Well, except maybe Baez.

  254. scott says:

if she ends up in california here’s hoping she runs into jaycee 😉

  255. kas says:

    Fine Mason, YOU take her.

Casey will essentially become Amy Fisher. Fisher is currently on Dr. Drew’s sham-show “Celebrity Rehab” where she whines about what the “media did to her”. Sound familiar? I read a blog by someone who had watched in amazement and ended up watching it too. OH MY GOD. The woman takes ZERO (less than, even) responsibility for shooting a woman in the head in cold blood. She actually says: “All I remember is wanting Mary Jo to stop yelling at me and back up (please note: they were in MARY JO’S doorway); then the gun went off.”

It should also be noted, Dr. Drew has yet to call her out on this…..

I wonder if Casey knows she owes the IRS, what? 65,000?? Now, I get that her media tour should pay that off soon enough, but we all know that’s not what would piss Little Missy off. It’s the fact that it’s not there NOW and that Baez let it happen. I can see that relationship turning sour but quick.

  256. Jill from Western Australia says:

Kathi just said that 2 of the alternate jurors have agreed to speak with her…but not today. I realize that they weren’t included in the deliberations but suspect that they may be able to shed a little light on WHY??? Like everyone else I’m stunned that they didn’t convict her of one of the lesser charges – they can’t possibly think that she had absolutely NO involvement in her daughters death. Even if they thought it was an accident she should have been charged with failing to report it.

  257. niecey456 says:

    I wonder about some things.

    1. Did this jury do this because they could not all agree and most wanted to go home? The path of least resisitance?

    2. It has been said that the jury took notes when Baez spoke, but never when the prosecution spoke. Now it is being said on HLN by NG’s producer Natisha Lance that the jury really seemed to like Jose Baez. How can they be so stupid? What is up with that?

    3. Was this really a DP qualified jury? One woman adamantly said she could not judge. Another said she really didn’t like to judge. How can that be a DP qualified jury?

    4. How could they not see that Casey was driving around with her child’s dead body in the trunk of the car? The lies…….The partying……….The disgusting behavior………..As Bees said, they did not take their notebooks to deliberate and they did not ask for any of the evidence, then they were dressed up as if they knew what they were going to decide. This doesn’t make sense.

  258. LindaNewYork says:

    “niecey456 | July 5, 2011 at 3:34 pm
Cheney Mason just laughed and scoffed and said that Casey would not be returning home to her family. He was speaking to Jean C.”

Then I wonder why I heard Cindy was smiling “ear-to-ear”? Good, let Mason take her in.

    =======
This has been a crazy ride for almost 3 years and this ending has rocked my world. though I fear this is NOT the end. There will be a media blitz and pageantry starring the child killer and her lawyers.
    =======

Are jury instructions so freakin complex that the phrase “reasonable doubt” make no sense to some of these jurors? What about the phrase “common sense”?

  259. BEES KNEES says:

Apparently Juror No. 14 spoke and said thhey felt she was a good mother and that george was suspicious. My God, I hate to say it, but there are some really stupid people on the planet. Could it possibly be that all twelve people were stupid? They didn’t even feel the case was worthy enough of looking at the evidence? Were they watching the same trial we were?

  260. Jill from Western Australia says:

Kas – good point about the $65,000 – you can be sure Baez will cop some flak for that.

I think this is the statement Lippman read…

    http://www.wftv.com/news/28453985/detail.html

  261. niecey456 says:

Mary, I’m sure you are right. This is so sad, the message it sends. 😥

Amazing Kas…….I just heard Sonny on HLN, and I’d like to throw something at her. Casey Jordan just said that she believes the jury was tired and wanted to go home. As far as the Amy F. thing, again, amazing…………I wonder if the word A-C-C-O-U-N-T-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y has been taken out of our dictionaries?

I think they skipped the “common sense” Linda FNY. That flew right out of the window.

I look forward to that Jill. I would like some light shed on this.

  262. For those of you who saw the Amy Fisher thing…did you catch the preview of her group therapy? She started that wah-wah, poor me thing and one guy said to her, “Was that before or after you shot that lady in the face?”

People don’t forget. Amy Fisher is forced to do porn to support herself….not saying that’s in KC’s future, but…

    Amy Fisher – porn star
    OJ – jail
Van der Sloot – Peruvian jail

I think KC’s life will be so miserable–maybe not at first, but eventually– that she’ll WISH she was on death row.

  263. Jill from Western Australia says:

WFTV just stated that when they asked Lippman if the Anthony’s would welcome KC back home he said “It’s too soon to tell.”

Bees, after the obvious lying that George did whilst on the stand I actually can understand a/some jurors finding him suspect. If there was one juror who had been sexually molested as a child that person could have convinced the others that KC was. I’m so sick of this politically correct world that condones many horrendous acts under the guise of some mental problems. 😥

  264. LindaNewYork says:

That is what juror #14 said???!!! LOL! GEORGE is suspicious? I give up.
    I really do.

So the LIE, which was the NEW LIE as to what happened to Caylee, put forth by Casey and carried out by the sleeze team prevailed. Looks like it paid for ALL to lie.

  265. niecey456 says:

Great Points Mary! I do think we need to reflect on that.

Jill, I’m sick of it too. The “politically correct” are what is wrong with our world. They sympathize with evil and make a mockery of the victims. It is pure 👿 .

  266. Elizabeth says:

Bill Shaeffer said that she could be released by Thursday! (for time served)

I imagine her “dream team” has a furnished condo and car waiting for her. Then she can
start her Media Blitz to make a ton of money!

She’s still a killer and a sociopath…that will never change. She will always be EVIL!

    Beyond DISGUSTING!

  267. BEES KNEES says:

I think the fact that not one of the jurors would speak to the media says something. I would love to have heard what went on in that deliberation room. Did you see the double-take Judge Perry did when he first read the verdict? He was shocked too. There’s been some speculation that JP could actually give kc a max. of 5 years on each of the lying to LE charges, totalling 20 years which would be fantastic at this point but others say it’s only one year max. I wonder what he will have to say to her when he sentences her. I wonder if he’ll feel some responsibility for rushing the jury selection.

  268. the mumbler says:

i just realized now that maybe i was watching a different trial on tv? because i still can’t understand how the jurors came to that verdict.

i watched the trial from day 1 and listened to the testimonies with an open mind but at the end of the day, i still come up with looking at casey as guilty.

I agree with Mary Wannagat. Casey will eventually end up like OJ or Joran Van Der Sloot.

  269. Lynn2 says:

I am sick. NOW I KNOW THAT THERE ARE 12 COMPLETE IDIOTS WALKING AROUND WHO SET A BABY KILLER FREE!!!!!!!!! How is Canada????? I am ready to move!!!!

  270. BEES KNEES says:

Hindsight is 20/20 as they say, but we will also always wonder if justice would have been served if Judge Strickland would have imposed a gag order right off the bat.

  271. niecey456 says:

Bees……..That sounds like Casey’s coaching was effective. She responded about George, and they read her lips, she played them with her tears and that. She was coached to deceive them and it happened, she did it. I do have the same question you do. How can they be that STUPID? I don’t think the accused should be allowed to play that game.

  272. BEES KNEES says:

I guess we can all hope and pray for a successful boycott of all programs promoting the anthonys, the killer or the defense. Maybe if there’s enough outrage people will not book them. But I’ve kind of lost faith in humanity today.

  273. niecey456 says:

I was born and raised in Florida and to be honest between this and the impending Nuclear Power Plant they are about to build. I think I want to move. 😡

  274. Elizabeth says:

Who knows, her “dream team” may tell her to stay away from Geo. and Cindy. Of course, Cindy will never “allow” that since she is always in control!

  275. Jill from Western Australia says:

Elizabeth, IIRC she doesn’t have a current drivers licence – does anyone remember George being worried about it not being renewed? [I could be wrong about this – my brain is scrambled after what we witnessed today.]

I know its useless to say this now BUT I wonder what would have happened if G & C hadn’t blatantly lied on the stand. Didn’t the jurors pick up on this? Didn’t they think they were trying to cover for KC?
Were they in the same courtroom as we were?

  276. BEES KNEES says:

This is a very wise comment made by a Hinky member, Kerfunkled:

    “The human race is devolving.

As a few hard-working individuals make technological advances for us, and as we are blindly infotained by MMS, we sit and watch CSI shows and expect that they reflect reality. I watched a woman celebrate that KC was acquitted, saying that “oh, the state had circumstantial evidence, but show me something concrete or send the woman home.” People actually believe that murder should be videotaped before it can be believed. Even if a person did not think that the state proved the case adequately… who celebrates that a child was duct-taped and thrown in a swamp and no one will be held accountable.

Yes, we are devolving. KC is a product of her society. She feels entitled to do whatever she wants and does not have to be productive. Her family says so. They take care of everything for her. She can be called an amazing mother because she tells people she is and acts a part; but cannot support or provide for her child in any way. Her friends say so. You heard all these young people say she was a good mother.

Controversy gains more attention. Bad acts get you movie deals. YouTube is filled with anyone capturing every moment; personal, private, disgusting, whatever. All behavior is rewarded equally. Common decency and common sense are far from common.

We support mediocrity. We say “okay” is good enough. There is literally an excuse for everything and those excuses will be bought.

Yes, we are devolving. The smart, the strong, the moral are being weeded out. It is reverse Darwinism. KC is a product of this conduct of society and this jury confirmed it.”

  277. niecey456 says:

I still say something is very fishy about this. We need an investigation!

  278. niecey456 says:

I agree with that Bees. Thanks for sharing! 😦

  279. kas says:

Good to see Geraldo and Jean C. celebrating with the D-team. They both rightfully earned their spots at the party. Scumbags.

I just heard a report that Jeff said he’s leaving the SA’s office. I hope that’s not true.

I’m so sick of hearing TH’s saying, “Well, maybe the Jury just wanted to go home”, like that’s a reasonable excuse!!! It’s as bad as,”Oh, they can’t prosecute Cindy for lying, it will make them look like sore losers.” How about IT”S PERJURY.

    What have we learned:

    1. Perjury’s cool with Florida.

    2. When accused of a crime, just say Daddy (just say all the males in the house to be safe) touched you.

  280. Jill from Western Australia says:

That was an excellent comment by Kerfunkled – thankyou for sharing Bees.

Niecey and friends it is with a very heavy heart that I now must go to bed – I suspect my pillow will be wet with tears for the memory of ♥Caylee♥

Thankyou all for holding hands during this travesty of justice.

Hugs to everyone and ♥♥♥’s for the memory of ♥Caylee♥

  281. BEES KNEES says:

My mind goes from one thought to another. More about JP rushing the jury selection. His priority was to save money for the State of Florida and rushed the process. This was not a DP qualified jury. We were not happy with many of the selections. RememberÉ

It will be a real loss if Ashton retires as he says he is. But I can understand why he would want to. They really put their heart into this case.

  282. niecey456 says:

This is a sad day for morality in our nation and especially in the State Of Florida.

I’m listening to another alternate juror, Russ, who agrees whole-heartedly and says the State failed to produce the evidence and that they did not prove how Caylee died and that they believe it was a horrific accident that George and Casey covered up. They didn’t believe Caylee’s body was in the trunk of the car. THESE PEOPLE WERE COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!
Cleaning supplies caused the chloroform in the trunk and had the smell really been human decomp, the tow truck driver would have called 911. I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I’M HEARING………………………………………….The family was dysfunctional. The duct tape was used after the death. The pets burial thing affected that. This person pauses and stutters. Something is just not right here.

    Night Jill………Night =^..^=Sylvester
I’m sorry for the tears, but I am crying them too. HUGS AND ♥♥♥’S FOR CAYLEE’S MEMORY.

  283. BEES KNEES says:

Good night, Jill. A very bad day. Maybe we’ll feel a little better tomorrow. I know it has made it easier to share the shock with all of you. Again, I can’t imagine going through any of this by myself.

  284. niecey456 says:

I hope Jeff does not retire, but I can understand why he feels the way he does. I want to leave Florida.

  285. niecey456 says:

It has just been confirmed that Jeff is retiring. This was his last case.

  286. BEES KNEES says:

The stupidest people in the country ended up on that jury. Too bad. They won’t even have any remorse when they hear all the rest of the evidence that was too prejudicial to show them. They either won’t believe it or won’t care. JP shouldn’t have fussed over them so much. They just slapped Justice in the face!

  287. BEES KNEES says:

People were looking for these addresses.

    Jeff Ashton: jashton@sao9.org

    Linda Drane Burdick: ldrane-burdick@sao9.org

  288. niecey456 says:

I agree that they slapped Justice in the face. It would be nice if Justice would slap them back.

This jury was a complete bunch of morons.

  289. BEES KNEES says:

Based on alternate jury statement on “they all believed” sounds like jury misconduct. Since he was not part of the deliberation. What happens when there is “jury misconduct?”

  290. niecey456 says:

I don’t know Bees, but this needs to be investigated.

  291. scott says:

casey was a was a good mother?

can we drug test the jury?

as fo not buying the body in the car, this is what you get when you put morons who dont know what the owrd ‘forensics’ means on the jury

  292. connie says:

If Cindy and Geo. get booked on talk shows like Good Morning America etc,
when asked if KC didn’t kill ((((Caylee))) and toss her in the swamp, then who does that leave? Will CA say I guess probly Geo. but I really don’t know. Thats what this INSANENESS has come down too!
My daugther just txted me and said, “You know its sad when Michael Vick goes to jail for killing dogs and she gets a hand slap for killing her child, whats this world coming to”?

  293. BEES KNEES says:

I am including a prayer that was left at Blink’s by a blogger named “sister.”

“Almighty God, we thank you for having a place for Caylee where there is no pain, no sorrow, no weeping, no death. We praise you for receiving her into your warm embrace filled with love and peace.
On this day Father, we wanted peace and justice on earth for Caylee. Yet for reasons we will never understand during this journey here, it was not to be. We rest in the assurance of knowing your ways are not our ways, your thoughts are not our thoughts, and your time is not our time. In the deep places of our spirits we know that is good. We know too you are a just God and vengence belongs solely to you — that too is good. I just humbly ask you to cause all whose faith and love is shaken this day to remember we must continue to stand for what is right and true, no matter the pain and hurt it may cause. For alas, there will be another innocent who will need voices of the righteous in order to be heard. Heal our souls so that once again we will rise to shout for justice from the roof tops. Again Lord, we thank you for receiving Caylee to her eternal loving home and we thank you for sharing her with each of us here. Amen and Amen.”

  294. connie says:

Thank you so much for printing that (((Bees))) Took me forever to read with watery eyes. I will print and leave at my bedside, Blessings to you.

  295. BEES KNEES says:

Niecey, I know I’m going to come across as possibly flakey but I want to say that there have been a few times over the past three years where it really felt to me that something bigger was going on behind the scenes. Something that meant casey anthony MUST be found not guilty, no matter what the cost. My brain is weary at the moment so I can’t remember the specific details that made me feel that way but I know i did many times. I am almost sure there is more to this than we know. Blink is recommending we watch Runaway Jury which is funny cause i watched it about a week ago. At this point almost anything is easier to believe than twelve people finding casey anthony not guilty. THAT is unbelievable.

  296. BEES KNEES says:

You’re welcome connie. I know I’ll read it more than once today and tonight.

  297. My very being is:”ROCKED/SHOCKED TO ITS CORE”!!! For EVIL, WON TODAY, ITS NAME?! Casey M.Anthony!!! TINA-

  298. LindaNewYork says:

Well I just cannot do this anymore today. Just for today.

Another outrage like the OJ Simpson trial. At least we knew it was all about “race”.

Just the circumstances alone should have convicted her. Are we that hung up on DNA and CSI shows taht wrap it all up in pretty bow?

Perhaps if so much sleeze and lies didn’t run through the family…well, who knows? They got what they wanted. They set out from “the Nanny story” to muddy things up and lie to protect Casey, she turned and around and screwed them, and it bit justice for Caylee in the a$$. The jury did not feel the prosecutio proved their case. And that juror #14 with the suspicion of George? I just got into it a bit with someone on an old friends facebook with HER suspicion of George….I cannot even “talk” anymore. I guess i will go torture myself with the TH’s on HLN.

  299. niecey456 says:

    I know Scott………Right?

Connie, Great points! I agree with your daughter.
Bees, Thank you for sharing that prayer. We needed that. Amen & Amen………………….

I’m working on a post that I will post either tonight or in the morning, but I think it will make you feel better. Justice comes in many ways and lest we forget all of the wrongs that Casey has committed against innocent people. Lawsuits could relieve her of any and all money she rakes in. All of those accusations, and well, lets start with Zenaida Gonzalez.

I think we have all felt there was much more than meets the eye in this case, but now it is over. Or is it? She can never be tried again for this, but as Mary pointed out repeatedly, she will not have the “Bella Vita” she thinks she will. No one is silenced anymore. Just like in OJ’s case, over time all of the truth will come out. People will come forward and talk and tell things we never knew. We may even, at some point find out exactly what happened, but we will find out things and she will get in trouble again. She will never live the “Bella Vita”, she will make sure of it. If she is the narcissitic sociopath we believe she is, she feels empowered now. She can do anything. Nothing and no one can stop her.

I know Tina. We have to believe there is a reason. We have prayed for the Truth, maybe the only way for the Truth to come to light was for this to happen this way. There is a reason, but in the end there will be JUSTICE FOR ♥CAYLEE♥ God will see to it.

I understand Linda FNY. Tomorrow will be a better day and one day Justice will come. Just like it did with OJ and so many others that seemed to escape it’s clutches for a time.

  300. Thank you for the prayer, Bees Knees. I’m going to copy it to send to a friend who is as shocked as we are.

I agree with you that there is a reason for all this, and only He knows why. I think that about everything. If something bad happens, I always try and think about what I can learn.

I did read something that might make sense of this. They say the jury might be as upset as we are, but they didn’t think her crime rose to the level of the three death sentence judgements, but the state didn’t give them the option of any lesser penalty like manslaughter, which they might have given her.

Then again, I read on another site that they were all tickled that Baez came over and talked to them every morning. Really? Is that all it took?

Can’t think about it any more tonight.
    Mary

Casey Anthony has only gone half circle. The other half will come soon in her future. She will create another senario with chaos, she will continue to steal because she is a thief, she will not get rich because she has been convicted in the court of public opinion and companies do not want to feel a backlash and she will pay. She will do another crime and be rearrested and convicted to do prison time. I wish I could make you really understand that she will not get away with this crime. Her future is bleak. Believe you me that there are groups of lawless folks that will find it ‘FUN’ to kidnapp her while she is strutting somewhere and kill her. They do exist. Just like we have homegrown terrorists who live in the woods in various states ready to pull out all arsenal should they have to. This was not justice today! By no means has the defense or Casey won anything! There was something wrong with this jury, their perception of the evidence, and maybe dislike for the prosecutors because of their experience with LE in the past. This jury was not smart, did not deserve all the cuddleing they got, because they really didn’t give a shit about justice. They wanted to go home, get out of there! At the least they should have charge her with child neglecy because of the 31 days, but they did not. These were not good folks, those were cowards.
Casey Anthony will be watched, believe you me. And I will be here one day to tell you taht I have told you so. Let’s add another K.O. to the list: Ashton retired, bet that was not hi original plan.
Now, let’s get to the Anthonys. This whole drowning theory was planned by the defense and them. They are already getting death threats. Never mind that GA was sobbing on the stand. The story was cooked up, but guess what….they did not believe that they would win, but now they have. They have mislead the law just like Casey, but we keep making excuses because this family knows how to act and turn on the waterworks when necessary. Karma will get them also in many ways. You cannot get away with doing wrong esp. when it involves the murder of a child.
Helicopters flying over their home, and they are getting threats…do you think this is normal? No it’s not. It is an indicator of things to come because people are already f..ed enough by the economy and job market..many are drug users that live in a fantasy world,,,and one of them will go after them for the scam they pulled and the money they stole.
There will be justice and karma, we just have to wait a while!

  302. scott says:

ummmmmm they DID have a manslaughter option. 😦

  303. niecey456 says:

Mary, I so agree about that prayer. I lean toward the what you read on the latter site, because the lesser charges of “aggravated manslaughter” and “2nd degree murder” and even “3rd degree murder”, as well as “felony murder” were all on the table. Something is wrong with their warmth toward Baez. I find that suspicious. Will that make a difference if we could know why? Not in this case, but it could in future cases. I think we need to know why.

Lona, I do agree that Casey will one day meet Lady Justice. Casey will see to it. She’s too much of a sociopath not to. She is empowered now. She will not stay out of trouble. Mary is right about that when she said that much earlier. Casey will never be able to live “Bella Vita”. Just like OJ and so many others, one day Casey will do what she will not get away with. She will steal and lie and kill again. That is who she is.

True Scott………. 😦 Today is a very sad day for our Justice System.

  304. Lona1 says:

My son says he is 12) that his jury has been bought after they were sworn in. Remember, they were allowed to go home an back and had…what….3 or so days? I wouldput nothing past this defense team, I really would not. Greed is the culprit here and things like that have happened before.

  305. niecey456 says:

I will be interested in the coming days to see how this all unfolds. I’m sure we will find out at some point what actually happened.

  306. Lona1 says:

    MrsGott, Hinky Meter.
No one here is “going after jurors” – the jurors did not perform their duties as Judge Perry entrusted them to do – there is absolutely no way that they could have deliberated over 300 exhibits and the testimony of 100 witnesses and read over the jury instructions in 10 hours – and THAT Sir cheapened the seriousness of the crime KC committed – and for that, IMHO, they deserve to be called names and “ignorant and stupid” are just as good as any. You state that “We know better than to displace our anger at people whose decision was not the correct one?” Really? Really? My anger is not displaced – it is pointed squarely at that jury. Had they truly deliberated, they would have had questions (1) about the instructions (2) about some of the testimony and (3) the evidence. Instead, they took the easy way out and let a murderer walk free. My anger is not displaced. You believe they showed dignity by not participating in helping us understand their decision, and you respect that? Unbelieveable. What I have to say to that is they did not have the compassion to stand behind the verdict that they rendered – and why? Because they KNOW they did not do their job. They are the ones who made a mockery of our justice system.

Bees Knees….you did not come accross flakey…..you spoke right from my heart…..The prayer is beautiful and it is the perfect message…..I was thinking about the video and song….Caylee, come to Jesus…..

Now is the first time I have had the chance to get back here to Nieceys blog. I went away for the fourth…and just got home today…..My heart is broken, right along with everyone elses. We so wanted for this murderer, to be taken out of society.

If I were among that jury, I would never show my face or acknowledge a part in this miscarriage of justice. They did not bring justice for Caylee….I am sure they would say it was all circumstantial, it wasn’t proved beyond a reasonable doubt and so on and so on…Sadly, they could not see the forest for the trees…..

I don’t care what happens to the Anthonys, from this day forwards, they do not exist in my world. They are not my kind of people. They lack all honesty and integrity. They are more than welcome to whatever they can scrape together, from anyone who chooses to support their circus…It won’t be me.

I came into this tradegy, seeking justice for a precious baby girl. There are so many children, who are harmed and murdered on a daily basis. Collectively, among ourselves, we raised a lot of love and awareness for murdered children, on behalf of Caylee. So much love, that surely she was lifted up to heaven, On the Wings of Love.

Niecey, Jill, Lona, Scott, Bees and everyone else, it has been nice being with you. You gave me comfort when my spirits were low. Your humor made me look outside myself and find joy in the mornings.

Niecey, I will be back to see about you and what you are burning on the home fires….Thank you for letting me be a part of your family and friends. I feel so honored. Love and Best wishes, BobbiJo……

  308. niecey456 says:

Thanks for sharing Lona! I agree with Mrs. Gott.

Dear Bobbi Jo, God Bless You. I hope you will come back and spend time with us. We have much more Justice to speak up for, even in the political world. We have to stand for right. I have so enjoyed having you and you are always welcome here. You are part of the family. I ♥ you. 🙂 Love and Justice will always prevail, even if not in our timing or in our way. Our God is a God Of Love And He IS A JUST GOD. He is the God Of TRUTH. I do sometimes post on happy things too. I hope you will join us as now that this case is over, though we know there will be much more to write about in time to come, and I will, I will be back to posting on all of the other cases, politics and happy things. I look forward to visiting with you in times to come. Love and Best wishes to you,
    Niecey
